Set special dates & times, menus and ordering policies fo any holiday.

Here's an example of a holiday order type for Thanksgiving:

* Only lets clients order for Thanksgiving Day
* Clients must place order by the Friday before Thanksgiving 
* Must choose from a special Thanksgiving menu
