# Cancellations

HoneyCart lets you set the cut-off time for cancellations. 

If it's past your cut-off time, you can either:

* Prevent the Cancellation
* Allow the Cancellation
* Allow the Cancellation + Charge a Cancellation Fee

You can customize:

* Cancellation cut-off time window (i.e hours vs business days)
* Cancellation Fee amount (as a percent of the order's Total)
* Cancellation Policy Message to show

## Multiple Cancellation Cut-Off Times

You can charge different cancellation fee amounts depending on when the client cancels. For example:

* 50% if 3 business days before event
* 100% if 1 business day before event
