HoneyCart lets you set the cut-off time for cancellations.

If it's past your cut-off time, you can either:

  • Prevent the Cancellation

  • Allow the Cancellation

  • Allow the Cancellation + Charge a Cancellation Fee

You can customize:

  • Cancellation cut-off time window (i.e hours vs business days)

  • Cancellation Fee amount (as a percent of the order's Total)

  • Cancellation Policy Message to show

Multiple Cancellation Cut-Off Times

You can charge different cancellation fee amounts depending on when the client cancels. For example:

  • 50% if 3 business days before event

  • 100% if 1 business day before event

Clients will have to agree to the cancellation fee before canceling their order.
