The pickup order type allows you to: 

* set a pickup location
* removes the Delivery Address and Delivery Fee from the checkout process
* set different [times](/live-examples/event-times/default-schedule.md), [menus](/live-examples/menus/overview.md) & policies than your [Delivery order type](/live-examples/order-types/delivery.md)
